6 Week Series – Tuesdays November 13 to December 18, 2018, 6:30-8:30 pm:
These classes are for practicing or aspiring actors AND for those who may not be interested in acting on stage
but would like to learn and use improvisation as a tool to reduce stress, challenge personal boundaries,
or practice courage to speak, deep listening skills, teamwork, creative expression, and sense of play -
all in an emotionally safe and supportive environment.
In this 6-week skill-building series - open to adults, seniors and mature teens -
you will learn the foundational elements of improvisational acting such as
“Yes, and…” making, accepting and blocking offers, chivalry, expressing the impulse,
and creating characters and environments for monologues and scenes.
Learn to improvise with others through a variety of skill building exercises, games, solo and ensemble work.
NOTE: Attending the Improv Lab requires your commitment to attend and participate in all 6 classes if possible.
No drop-in classes offered.
CLASS FEE:
Pay in advance: $96 for six, 2-hour classes ($8/hr)
Pay as you go: $20 per 2-hour class ($10/hr)

Make all payments at the RICC front desk in advance and at least 15-30 minutes before the class starts.
Randolph residents:
You must join RICC to attend the Iseeu Improv Lab (small annual fee at https://www.randolphicc.com/membership).
Bring a valid photo I.D., proof of residency (if address is not on I.D.), cash or credit card, have your picture taken,
and in a matter of minutes, you'll be ready to enjoy a host of great programs, activities and services available at the RICC.
Non-Randolph residents:
There will be a small one-time "non-resident" RICC fee for the introductory class that is free to Randolph residents.
An additional fee of $17 per month ($34 total for Nov-Dec) is required for the 6 class series
